After a series of conversations with various people, I have decided that any post that is not deemed 'news-worthy' (that is not directly linked to the underground art scene in some way), then it will be placed in the annoucements section on this discussion base.

Such annoucements include the previous topic to this one within this thread. Also, the recent Filth submission (warheads), which I myself uploaded, also falls into this category.

Hopefully this will lead to a more content rich and driven site (and get some use out of these damned threads!)
